The service is the same in every package. Only the volume changes.

BookkeepingSales, purchases, expenses, bank, petty cash and payroll entries recorded with a narration. Cost centres where you need them.
ReconciliationsBank, customers, suppliers, intercompany, VAT control and payroll balances agreed each period, where they apply.
Month-end closeAccruals, prepayments, provisions and depreciation posted, then a closing checklist signed off.
Monthly reportProfit and loss against last month and year to date, balance sheet, cash, ageing, schedules and short notes.
Data securitySecure file sharing, access limited to your accountant, and confidentiality in the engagement letter.

Limits

What the fixed fee assumes

These limits keep the fee fixed and fair. Anything outside them is quoted separately.

One companyEach package covers one legal entity. Other group companies are quoted separately.
Up to 400 transactions a monthAbove that, we quote on your actual volume.
Payroll for up to 10 employeesLarger teams are quoted separately.
No inventory accountingStock costing, counts and reconciliations are quoted separately.
Reports within 15 working daysCounted from the day we have complete records for the period.
Documents on timePackages assume statements and invoices reach us regularly and questions are answered promptly.

Pricing questions

Do you have a package for very small companies?

Yes. The Quarterly package is AED 1,000 per quarter for up to 60 transactions per quarter. Your books are recorded, reconciled and closed each quarter, with a quarterly reporting pack. If your volume grows, you can move to a monthly package.

Are prices monthly?

The Quarterly package is billed per quarter; all other packages are monthly. No VAT is charged on top.

What counts as a transaction?

Each line we record: bank, card or cash statement lines, sales invoices, supplier bills, expense claim lines and payroll journal entries.

Do you offer an unlimited package?

No. Our largest package covers up to 400 transactions a month. Above that, we prepare a custom quote based on your actual volume and complexity, so the fee always matches the work.

What if I go over my package limit in one month?

Occasional busy months are normal. If your volume is regularly above your package, we agree a move to the right package with you before the next month.

What is not included in the packages?

Customer invoicing, tax compliance support, year-end finalisation and audit support, clean-up of past records, inventory accounting, additional group companies and payroll accounting for more than 10 employees are quoted separately.
