Answers about pricing, getting started and how we look after your records.
Do you provide monthly bookkeeping services?
Yes. Every package covers monthly bookkeeping, reconciliations, the month-end close and a management report.
Which accounting software do you work with?
Yes. We work in your existing software, including QuickBooks, Zoho Books, Xero, Tally, Odoo and Sage. If you do not have a system yet, we can help you choose and set one up.
Do you provide audit support?
Yes. We assist with audit schedules, reconciliations, supporting documents and auditor queries. The audit itself is carried out by your independent registered auditor.
Can you help clean up existing accounting records?
Yes. We review earlier periods, correct entries and reconcile balances. This is quoted separately once we have seen the records.
Do you serve small businesses?
Yes. Packages start at AED 500 a month, or AED 1,000 a quarter for very small companies.
Do you file VAT and Corporate Tax returns?
We support the preparation of returns and reconcile them to your books. Filing is done by your business or its registered tax agent, and we coordinate with them.
Do you process our payroll?
We provide payroll accounting: recording the payroll journal, keeping leave salary, gratuity and air ticket provisions up to date, reconciling payroll balances and recording WPS payments. Salary calculation and WPS file preparation stay with your HR team or payroll provider.
Can you issue invoices to our customers?
Yes, as an add-on. We prepare and issue customer invoices on your instruction.
Do you have a package for very small companies?
Yes. The Quarterly package is AED 1,000 per quarter for up to 60 transactions per quarter. Your books are recorded, reconciled and closed each quarter, with a quarterly reporting pack. If your volume grows, you can move to a monthly package.
Are prices monthly?
The Quarterly package is billed per quarter; all other packages are monthly. No VAT is charged on top.
What counts as a transaction?
Each line we record: bank, card or cash statement lines, sales invoices, supplier bills, expense claim lines and payroll journal entries.
Do you offer an unlimited package?
No. Our largest package covers up to 400 transactions a month. Above that, we prepare a custom quote based on your actual volume and complexity, so the fee always matches the work.
What if I go over my package limit in one month?
Occasional busy months are normal. If your volume is regularly above your package, we agree a move to the right package with you before the next month.
What is not included in the packages?
Customer invoicing, tax compliance support, year-end finalisation and audit support, clean-up of past records, inventory accounting, additional group companies and payroll accounting for more than 10 employees are quoted separately.
How do you keep our records confidential?
Documents are exchanged through secure, access-controlled folders, only the people working on your books can see them, and confidentiality is part of our engagement letter.
Do you need our banking passwords?
No. We never ask for banking passwords. Statements or exported files are enough.
